Sebastian is a musician, curator and creative director with deep roots in Irish traditional music, folk, Americana, bluegrass and country. He founded Cocktail Ceili to do something the fixed-band model can't: treat every wedding as its own composition, and assemble the exact musicians to play it.

His work sits at the meeting point of two disciplines — a performer's ear for what makes a room feel alive, and a designer's instinct for craft and detail. That combination shapes everything, from the players he curates to the way a set is arranged around a couple's heritage. With Irish roots of his own in Donegal, the traditions here aren't a theme; they're a language he speaks.
